Field Sales Executive – IT Sales (Fresher) – Bangalore
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive (IT) in Bangalore to acquire and manage SME/retail customers for our IT products/solutions (hardware/software/services). The role involves meeting prospects in assigned areas explaining product features in simple technical terms doing demos collecting requirements and coordinating with the internal team for proposals and closures.
Responsibilities:
- Visit customers daily in the field to generate leads pitch IT products and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Understand basic IT needs (systems networking software) and suggest suitable solutions.
- Maintain visit reports follow-up tracker and update CRM/Excel regularly.
- Coordinate with presales/technical team for demos POCs and installation support.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and end customers.
Requirements:
- Freshers or up to 1 year experience in sales; basic IT/computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license; willing to travel extensively in Bangalore.
- Good communication in English and local language (Kannada preferred) and strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Any graduate/diploma (IT/CS/Electronics preferred); basic MS Office skills
