Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support for hardware software and network-related issues.
The ideal candidate should be capable of troubleshooting IT problems maintaining systems and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops laptops printers and network devices
Install configure and maintain operating systems and applications
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
Manage user accounts email configurations and access permissions
Maintain IT assets and system documentation
Monitor system performance and security updates
Support LAN/WAN connectivity and Wi-Fi network issues
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and maintenance
Assist employees with technical queries and system troubleshooting
