We are looking for a dynamic creative and enthusiastic Events Executive / Lead to join our Employee Engagement team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about planning and executing fun engaging and impactful employee activities that enhance morale teamwork and workplace culture.
The role involves end-to-end management of employee engagement initiatives including themed events team-building activities sports wellness programs and large-scale celebrations.
Plan coordinate and execute engaging in-house and off-site employee engagement events including:
Fun Fridays themed days and festive celebrations
Team-building activities and workshops
Sports tournaments and fitness/wellness events
Annual parties milestone celebrations and special events
Collaborate with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to understand employee needs and design customized engagement initiatives.
Prepare detailed event plans including timelines budgets resource allocation and logistics.
Drive employee participation through effective event promotion using internal communication channels such as emails posters intranet and announcements.
Collect post-event feedback analyze engagement levels and measure event effectiveness.
Stay updated on employee engagement trends and introduce innovative ideas and concepts.
Work in flexible day and night shifts as per event requirements ensuring smooth execution and timely transitions between activities.
Maintain a friendly professional and approachable demeanor to create a positive and engaging event environment.
Handle unexpected challenges proactively remain calm under pressure and resolve issues in real time to ensure seamless event execution.
Bachelors degree in any discipline
36 years of experience in event planning/execution preferably in a corporate or professional events environment
Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts when required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of tools such as Canva Trello or other event management tools is an added advantage
Designation and CTC will be based on the candidates experience and skill set
