Job Summary
- Lead and manage the IT department ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment software and software licenses.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- The complete configuration of the IT system and software within the hotel.
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery within budget
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and best practices.
- Proven experience in project management and implementing IT solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
