Job Summary

As an Outbound Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and revenue by identifying and prospecting potential customers from the list of accounts ( TAM). You will play a critical role in our sales pipeline by leveraging cold-calling emails social outreach and other strategies to engage with key decision-makers at target companies. Post qualification you will be responsible for driving the sales end to end starting from discovery driving demo through presales to closing the deal. Your efforts will contribute to the growth of our customer base and drive revenue through high-quality leads and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Generation & Territory Ownership

  • Own and grow an assigned territory across ANZ and select ASEAN markets; develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed quota.
  • Drive 100% outbound-led growth through cold calling personalized outreach partner collaboration and events.
  • Leverage account intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo etc.) to identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Run the entire sales cycle - from discovery and solution demos (alongside solution engineers) to proposal negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate closely with Presales Marketing and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Partner with a dedicated BDR to plan prospect and grow your patch strategically.
  • Work closely with channel partners distributors and resellers to co-create pipeline and expand reach across ANZ and ASEAN.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in Salesforce - tracking outreach pipeline progression and deal insights.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and pipeline targets

Qualifications :

  • 3-8 years of SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years selling into the ANZ and/or ASEAN market.
  • Proven success in outbound-led full-cycle sales environments.
  • Strong command of cold calling discovery and consultative selling techniques. Must be familiar with BANT and MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Lusha and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong time management resilience and ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable working in-office and aligned to ANZ hours (4:00 AM 1:00 PM IST).
