Job Summary

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Baton this role you will act as a key point of contact for clients ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting account management and service coordination.

The ideal candidate is professional detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellent client support while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

  • Assist customers with account inquiries service information and general support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

  • Maintain accurate client records and account documentation

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen client engagement

  • Provide clear and professional communication in all client interactions
