Job title: Vice President of Sales / Business Development
Location: Pittsburgh PA
Salary:$150000 - $200000/year
Seeking a Vice President of Sales / Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives across Home Health Hospice and Contract Therapy services.
This executive leader will oversee the Sales and Marketing teams develop referral partnerships and drive expansion through strategic initiatives including organic growth provider relationships and mergers & acquisitions. The role works closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to strengthen market presence and expand patient access to post-acute care services across Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
- Lead and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Implement KPIs and performance metrics to drive revenue and growth
- Manage regional sales strategies across multiple healthcare service lines
Business Development
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals physicians and healthcare providers
- Develop preferred provider partnerships
- Identify and pursue joint ventures and strategic partnerships
Strategic Growth
Execute market expansion strategies
Evaluate M&A opportunities
Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term growth planning
Executive Collaboration
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to support company growth initiatives
Promote a culture focused on patient care collaboration and operational excellence
Experience You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field
10 years of healthcare sales or business development experience in post-acute healthcare (home health hospice rehab)
MBA or advanced business degree
Experience working in private equity-backed healthcare organizations
Experience leading multi-state sales teams
Leadership experience managing regional sales teams
Proven ability to develop referral networks and healthcare partnerships
