Strategic Role: This position is key to supporting Sikas strategic goal of deeper market penetration in West Kazakhstan by ensuring superior on-the-ground technical application and customer support


Qualifications :

Responsibilities

  • Providing an expert technical support to customers contractors and applicators directly at construction sites. Managing and resolving complex technical challenges in the field.
  • Developing and optimizing concrete mix designs tailored to specific customer requirements and local materials.
  • Investigating customer problems complaints and product performance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Supporting the sales team by conducting product sampling demonstrations and trials at customer sites. Providing the technical knowledge needed to follow up on projects and specifications.
  • Organizing and conducting professional product presentations seminars and hands-on training sessions for customers applicators and internal teams.
  • Staying updated on local market trends construction standards and competitor activities.

 

Your expertise - Our strength

 

  • Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Civil Engineering Chemistry Material Science Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the construction chemicals industry with a deep focus on concrete or concrete admixtures and related products.
  • Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaboration: Builds and maintains internal and external networks.
  • Organization Ability to work independently with minimal supervision manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive improvement-focused attitude.
  • Language Skills: Kazakh and Russian are mandatory English is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of concrete technology mix design and troubleshooting.
