The Communication and Public Relations Office is seeking an energetic detail-oriented and dedicated individual to provide a full range of administrative and communications support services. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills contribute to exciting public relations initiatives and become an integral member of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and communications support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the Office;
- Deliver secretarial support to the Director including calendar management and meeting coordination;
- Support team members in event management and the execution of publicity campaigns; and
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- A recognised bachelors degree with at least two years of relevant work experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in computer applications particularly Microsoft Office 365 as well as Chinese and English word processing;
- Strong team player who is self-motivated able to work independently and collaboratively and capable of managing multiple tasks with keen attention to detail; and
- Willingness to work on weekends and outside regular office hours when necessary.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
