Assistant Guidance Services Manager ()
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic leader to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with psychological counsellors to organise mass programmes that support students adjustment integration and psychological wellbeing as well as provide training mentoring and advising for students.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external parties and professionals to organise and deliver mass programmes activities and workshops for students;
- Provide training mentoring and guidance for student leaders;
- Perform administrative duties to plan and organise the Centres classroom learning activities online courses and psychological testings;
- Conduct workshops on psychological competence; and
- Assist psychological counsellors in managing cases.
Requirements:
- A recognised bachelors degree preferably in psychology counselling social work or education;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Strong experience in organising mass programmes and conducting workshops;
- Strong computer literacy to manage various online systems; and
- Genuine interest in psychological wellbeing and supporting students with diverse needs.
