OPPORTUNITY Paralegal

Our Las Vegas office is growing and actively seeking a full time Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 to 5 years paralegal ligation experience interested in growing their career among our team of staff and attorneys who value and foster open and honest communication and act with integrity and professionalism.

SKILLS and ABILITIES
The following are representative of the knowledge skill or ability to the candidate must possess or demonstrate to succeed under the direction of the associate(s) and/or partner(s):
proven knowledge of electronic filing requirements at state and federal courts in Nevada;
excellent research and writing skills;
work proactively independently and as part of a team;
ability to forecast and calendar court filings and docket deadlines;
organize prioritize and implement urgent tasks with strong attention to detail;
provide excellent written and verbal communication;
remain self-directed self-motivated and effectively work under tight time constraints;
ability to consistently create and deliver quality work products;
demonstrate proficiency with MS Office including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and PDF maker (Nuance or Adobe Pro); demonstrated efficiency navigating the internet;
iManage experience a plus.
a Paralegal Certificate is not required but preferred.

The firm provides an experienced support staff current technology ongoing training and full-time IT and marketing departments.
