Job Summary

Litigation Attorney

Salary Range: Around $140000
Location: Atlanta GA
Work Model: Onsite (Preferred)

Mandatory Skills and Experience

Primary Responsibilities:

Represent clients in litigation matters and manage cases through all phases of the litigation process.
Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and other legal documents.
Participate in court hearings depositions and case strategy discussions.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies.
Manage case files evidence and documentation effectively.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications and Education:

Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar (preferred).
3 5 years of experience in litigation.
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
