About the Role:
An established global law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join its growing Louisville office. This is an opportunity to work within a premier litigation team handling sophisticated high-impact matters from initial strategy through final resolution.
You will play an active hands-on role in complex commercial litigation collaborating closely with experienced litigators while taking meaningful ownership of cases. The role offers a hybrid structure balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility depending on case and workload demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from commencement through resolution.
- Draft pleadings motions briefs and other substantive filings.
- Propound and respond to written discovery.
- Gather and analyze relevant information from clients.
- Draft and argue substantive motions and briefs.
- Take and defend fact witness depositions with limited supervision.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategy and creative legal solutions.
- Deliver exceptional client service by understanding client objectives and aligning litigation strategy accordingly.
What You Bring:
- 3 5 years of litigation experience including commercial litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases on a day-to-day basis with increasing independence.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build consensus.
- Commitment to teamwork and exceptional client service.
- Intelligence initiative professionalism and sound judgment.
- Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus though not required.
