Project Overview
Client drives enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Within the Portfolio Strategy and Governance division the Change Center of Excellence leads change management across transformation programs by owning frameworks tools and capability development.
Client is seeking a Communications and Change Management Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio-level communications. This role ensures clear consistent and timely communication of change initiatives across the organization supporting adoption readiness and sustained impact in a dynamic environment.
This position reports to the Head of Portfolio Strategy and Governance and partners closely with leaders and stakeholders across functions to guide a smooth coordinated change journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide internal and external communications for portfolio and transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to strategic goals.
- Craft and deliver clear messaging for change announcements updates and success stories.
- Manage communication channels to ensure content is relevant current and accessible.
- Assess change complexity readiness dependencies and risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications leaders to tailor and sustain change activities across business segments.
- Facilitate change impact and readiness workshops to identify risks and drive adoption.
- Develop and execute training strategies including needs assessments and learning plans.
- Create integrated training materials covering systems processes and people-related changes.
- Implement measurement approaches to assess adoption cultural readiness and effectiveness of change efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership SMEs and local change networks to embed change and new ways of working.
- Operate independently in complex ambiguous environments while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Development Communications or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 10 years of experience in communications and change management supporting medium to large-scale transformations.
- Experience with portfolio governance or delivery environments.
- Project management experience across planning execution and sustainment phases.
- Strong writing storytelling and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint).
- Experience using digital communication tools and platforms.
