Requirements:

Strong facilitation and change management capabilities.

Change Management certification preferred (i.e. CCMP Prosci Change Practitioner).

Experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint preferred.
Functional Requirements:
For this particular request functional requirements include:

Define how change is introduced communicated and reinforced across client.
-
Identify who is affected how and what support they need.
-
Sequence communications by audience message and channel timed to releases and cutovers.
-
Deliver targeted timed messaging for each increment.
-
Build competency in new platforms and governance practices.
-
Reduce risk when deprecating brittle processes and introducing governed pipelines.
-
Provide transparent metrics to PMO and leadership.
-
Make governance (glossary lineage survivorship rules) part of sprint definition of done.
-
Keep leadership informed; align decisions with delivery risk and cutovers.
-
Capture stakeholder voice; course-correct training and communications.
