Job Summary

Project Overview

Client has established a Transformation Management Office (TMO) to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. As part of this effort the company is building a Change Center of Excellence to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs.

The Portfolio Communication and Change Management Lead will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-level communication and change strategies that support large-scale transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal and external communication strategies aligned with transformation goals.
  • Lead comprehensive change management plans for strategic initiatives across business segments.
  • Assess change complexity readiness risks and interdependencies.
  • Map and engage executive stakeholders across functions and sectors.
  • Facilitate change impact workshops and identify organizational readiness actions.
  • Develop compelling change narratives including case for change messaging and success stories.
  • Design and implement training strategies aligned with program and market needs.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and develop integrated training materials (systems processes behavioral components).
  • Implement measurement frameworks to track cultural readiness adoption and effectiveness.
  • Partner with local change networks to support rollout and sustainment efforts.
  • Ensure delivery of all change management deliverables within a complex evolving environment.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to strengthen change capability and embed new behaviors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in HR Organizational Development Communications or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 5 10 years of experience in Communications and Change Management.
  • Experience supporting medium to large-scale global transformations.
  • Background in Organizational Development Organizational Effectiveness Agile system implementations or consulting environments.
  • Experience in project management activities including planning delivery and sustainment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint).
  • Strong writing storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Experience using digital communication tools and platforms.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Ability to design and implement enterprise-level change frameworks.
  • Experience assessing diagnosing and delivering customized change solutions.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Skilled facilitator with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous fast-changing environments.
  • Empathetic communicator able to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Resilient adaptable and proactive with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and address risks before escalation.

  • Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Prosci Change Practitioner
