Title : Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

Location : Danville VA

Project Overview :

The city intends to engage vendor resources on an as-needed basis. Work will be initiated via City-approved Statements of Work (SOWs). No minimum hours are guaranteed and the City may negotiate scope and rates prior to award.

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
Plan and execute change management for IT initiatives to ensure adoption readiness and smooth transitions.

Key responsibilities

Change impact assessment stakeholder mapping communications plan
Readiness assessments adoption strategy resistance management
Coordinate with Training to deliver enablement and communications
Develop change artifacts: change strategy comms templates readiness dashboard

Requirements

6 years change management experience; public sector preferred
Preferred: Prosci certification
