The Opportunity
As an InsideSales Manager youll lead coach and inspire a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences across phone email and chat. Youll own team performance and development execute territory and keyaccount strategies and champion operational excellence. This role isnt just about managing salesits about playing to win and building trust that fuels retention and growth within your team.

What Youll Lead & Do
  • Team Leadership & Development: Coach mentor and train your team through structured 1:1s performance reviews and datadriven insights.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute territory and major account plans collaborate with marketing and ensure CRM accuracy.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as escalation point for complex issues deliver tailored presentations and build strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor sales activities generate reports manage schedules and flex across roles to maintain service levels.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Assist in hiring onboarding and orienting new team members.
  • Technology & Process Improvement: Leverage CRM systems and AIdriven tools to enhance productivity and customer experience.
What You Bring
  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of supervisory experience leading inbound/inside sales teams.
  • Proven success leveraging technology (CRM analytics AIenabled tools) to improve performance.
  • Strong organizational documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and embody our core values.
  • Primarily onsite in Norwood with flexibility for remote work under our hybrid schedule.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer appointments training or tradeshows.
Compensation & Work Schedule
  • Salary Commission: $86000 $118000 annually
  • Hybrid Work Schedule: Primarily onsite with flexibility for remote work
  • Location: Norwood Ohio
