Job Title: Outbound Sales Consultant III Intuit
Location: Tucson Arizona (85706)
Duration: 6 months
Address: On-site

Work Schedule

  • Standard: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM ET
  • Flexible option: 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM 8:00 PM PT (with manager approval)

Training Structure

  • 3 weeks training 1 week nesting
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM ET
  • Includes 3 skill assessments

Role Overview

This role focuses on outbound sales of cloud-based products requiring strong communication skills data-driven decision-making and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously. You ll be responsible for engaging prospects analyzing trends and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and effectively present products services and sales terms (features returns warranties)
  • Set and track sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign strategies
  • Monitor sales performance and marketing metrics
  • Analyze business and market trends (monthly sales rates competition etc.)
  • Ensure team alignment with business goals
  • Motivate and support the sales team
  • Identify new customer segments and prospects

  2. Ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently
  3. Prior sales experience

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales consultant
  • Knowledge of statistical tools (SPSS or SAS preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field

Daily Expectations

  • 10 12 appointments per day
  • Selling multiple cloud-based products
