Position Overview:
Were seeking a high-performing Sales Executive who thrives in a hunter role and is passionate about bringing in new business. This position is strictly focused on new logo acquisition-ideal for someone driven by the challenge and reward of opening new doors and closing new accounts.
Youll be responsible for identifying qualifying and securing new business opportunities with local SMB and mid-market companies. This is a client-facing quota-carrying role requiring proven experience selling technical solutions or services in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect qualify and close new business opportunities in Southern California
- Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their technology needs and present MSP solutions
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the local market
- Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure proper delivery of solutions
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a sales role focused on hunting/new business development preferably in the IT services MSP or technology solutions space
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas (monthly quarterly yearly)
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and value-based sales techniques
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the Southern California business landscape
- Self-motivated goal-driven and able to work independently
