As an intern you will support seasoned Field Service Engineers (FSEs) in delivering technical solutions at customer sites across Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist in the installation servicing and repair of complex systems like Building Management Systems (BMS) Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) and HVAC controls.
- Site Operations: Accompany engineers to customer locations island-wide to conduct troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance.
- Documentation: Help prepare technical documentation including work instructions shop drawings and service records.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales engineering and support) to ensure project milestones are met safely and on schedule.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Automation Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of PLC/DDC functionalities and programming.
- Familiarity with process automation HVAC or building automation systems.
- Intermediate computer skills including basic networking knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities eagerness to learn in an international environment and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to various customer sites throughout Singapore.
