As an Intern for the Executive Office & Operations Team youll work closely with senior leadersincluding the Chief Operating Officer Deputy COO and Director of Operational Excellence for Asia. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting strategic initiatives regional operations project execution and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Will Do
Operational & Strategic Support
- Support coordination follow-ups briefing materials and executive documentation
- Assist in preparing leadership meeting decks dashboards and action trackers
- Conduct market and competitive research for new initiatives
- Support internal and external event coordination
Project Coordination
- Assist with cross-functional regional projects including hotel openings
- Track timelines deliverables and stakeholder requirements
Process Improvement
- Help streamline workflows and document key processes
- Create templates tools and SOPs to enhance efficiency
Data & Insights
- Compile and analyze performance data (KPIs guest satisfaction revenue trends)
- Prepare clear insight-driven reports and visual summaries
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with hotel teams regional leaders and external partners
- Prepare presentations and briefs for senior stakeholders
Innovation & Trends
- Monitor industry trends in sustainability technology and guest experience
Qualifications :
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Business or related fields
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality experience is a bonus but not required
