- HR business partner: Delivers HR programs and initiatives to meet the needs in and ensure talent and HR needs are met in all sites in the country.
- Identifies and evaluates measures and metrics to assess impact of HR programs on business outcomes and develops solutions to resolve issues;
- Make and implement HR policies to ensure compliance and meet business needs
- Develop Next Generations & People Managers through robust succession development program
- Provide HR consulting expertise to leaders and employees;
- HR operation: Make sure HR day to day operations (hiring onboarding / exit attendance / payroll benefit admin performance management non-local worker management etc) are conducted in timely and accurate way;
- People management: Lead whole HR team effectively including HR teams in plants and tech center retain/develop talents in the team continuously upgrade the function skills of the team members
- Labor relations: keep positive relationship with unions with closure of CBA and wage negotiation in time; Lead employee engagement activities to create a highly motivated work force and align employee actions to company goals
- Build Culture: Promote Diversity Equity & Inclusiveness (DEI) culture and carry out Corp Social Responsibilities; Drive a culture of Operational Excellence
- Communication: Promote effective and regular communication with all levels of employees; Promote branding of through various channels (website campus hiring etc)
- As a member of Asia HR leadership team Share input feedback and best practices between Malaysia and other Asia countries
- Role model of Driving Forward Behaviors
Requirements:
15 years of HR experience with 5 years of team leading experience
Deep understanding of labor law
Good business partnering skill capability to influence stakeholders
Good English communication skill
HR operation experience/skill
High commitment
Experience in handling labor relations
MNC experience US company is a plus
Bachelor degree and above
