Role Overview

We are looking for an IT PMO professional to support projectgovernance and financial monitoring activities within a large IT programenvironment.

This role is critical to ensure budget control cost monitoring planningconsistency and high-quality reporting across projects andpermanent activities. You will work closely with Project Managers Program Governance andFinance stakeholders contributing directly to investmentdecision processes and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor permanent IT costs (CPREM / CPERM);

Control and follow up project planning and financialconsumption;

Produce detailed financial and project monitoring reports(MEVOL PRJ);

Support Project Managers in preparing Investment Committeesincluding cost consumption analysis and anomaly alerts;

Manage the Department Capacity Planvalidating workload plans in Clarityand aligning data with Project Managers;

Monitor budgetexecution fixed-price services and hardware/software costs;

Ensure correct and timely updates of project data and timesheetsin Clarity;

Produce statusreports progress tracking and budget consumption dashboards;

Lead financial processes related to Major Program Committeesand support business casepreparation.

**Mandatory Requirements

Minimum5 years of experience in IT PMO project governance orfinancial project monitoring (10 years is a plus);

Strong experience in budget control cost monitoring andfinancial reporting;

Proven ability to support programs and departmentsin project and budget governance;

Hands-on experience with Clarity Scoops and Power BI;

Solid understanding of Agile / Scrumenvironments;

Strong risk identification and follow-upcapabilities;

High attention to quality procedures andgovernance standards.
