We are looking for an Application Production Support (APS)professional to join the SecuritiesServices Payment Processing area supporting applicationsunder the Germany scope.
This role is focused on business-critical application supportincident handling automation of operational tasks and close collaborationwith business users and IT teams within a structured production environment.
Provide applicationproduction support for Payment Processing systems
Support business users by understanding business workflows and operationalscenarios
Ensure proper coverage during assigned production shifts
Handle incidents requests and tasks receivedvia tickets email ordirect contact
Communicate clearly with business users teammembers and partner teams regarding issue status and resolution
Document incidents procedures and solutionsand train other teammembers
Shadow senior colleagues to continuously improveplatform knowledge and operational coverage
Promote knowledgesharing within the team
Improve daily operations by automating repetitive tasksthrough scripting
Analyze root causes understand patches andreleases and identify systemicissues
Be available for holiday/weekend supporton a rotational basis according to predefined schedules
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL (mandatory)
Experience with Windows and Linux environments
Good knowledge of scripting languages
Basic understanding of network concepts
Familiarity with DevOps / Automation tools(Ansible is a plus)
Knowledge of ITIL principles is a plus
Unix knowledge is a plus
