Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager IT Stability &Resilience to lead a transversal program focused on IT Production stability resilience andoperational excellence within the Application Support perimeter.

This strategic role drives continuousimprovement across service availabilityincident reduction monitoring automation and governanceensuring robust and scalable IT production environments that support criticalbusiness operations.

The role sits at the intersection of technology process and governancerequiring strong leadership stakeholder management and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

ProgramLeadership & Governance

Define and manage the global IT Stability & Resilienceroadmap aligned with IT Production and CTO strategies;

Establish governance models to prioritize track and report initiativesacross multiple Application Support domains;

Lead SteeringCommittees ensuring alignment decision-making andtransparent executive reporting.

Stability& Resilience Initiatives

Drive initiatives focused on incident reduction problem managementcapacity performance and monitoring;

Coordinate the adoption of SRE ITIL v4 FinOps and Service Qualityframeworks;

Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams to enhanceobservabilityautomation and monitoring (e.g. Dynatrace AnsibleServiceNow Elastic).

OperationalExcellence & KPIs

Define and monitor stability KPIs and OKRs(MTTR MTTD SLA compliance recurring incident reduction);

Implement data-drivendashboards for performance visibility and trend analysis;

Lead post-incidentreviews ensuring root causes are addressed and remediationactions completed.

Stakeholder& Communication Management

Act as singlepoint of contact for the Stability Program across ITProduction Business Lines and Governance;

Communicate progress risks and value deliveredto senior leadershiphighlighting ROI and transformation impact;

Promote a culture of accountability collaboration andcontinuous improvement.

RiskCompliance & Audit Alignment

Ensure alignment with IT risk management cybersecurityregulatory and audit frameworks (e.g. GDPR SOX PCI-DSS);

Lead proactive risk assessments and control reviewsensuring audit recommendations are implemented.

TeamEnablement & Change Management

Support APS managers and engineers through training workshops and knowledgesharing;

Lead changemanagement to ensure adoption of new tools processes and bestpractices;

Encourage innovation and cross-teamcollaboration.

**Mandatory Requirements

(All mandatory requirements must be clearlystated in the CV to be considered)**

8years of experience in ITProduction / Application Support environments;

3years in Program or Project Management roles;

Strong knowledge of Application Support / IT Productionoperating models;

Solid understanding of ITIL v4 SRE DevOps FinOpsand Incident / Problem /Change Management;

Experience with monitoring observability and automationtools such as:

o Dynatrace

o ServiceNow

o Ansible

o Grafana

o ELK/ Elastic Stack

Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructures(AWS Azure Kubernetes RHEL migrations);

Masters degree in Information Technology Engineering orrelated field.

Certifications (Nice toHave)

ITIL v4

PMP or PRINCE2

SRE Foundation

FinOps Certified Practitioner

Languages Required

English:Fluent / Expert (mandatory)

French:Fluent (nice to have)

Soft Skills

Proven ability to manage large transversal programswith multiple stakeholders;

Strong strategicand analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making;

Excellent executive-levelcommunication and influencing skills;

Experience working with global multicultural cross-functionalteams.
