Role Overview
We are looking for a PMO Cyber Costs & Program profile tosupport cybersecuritygovernance budgeting and vendor relationship managementwithin an international environment.
This role combines PMO activities financial follow-up and stakeholder coordinationwith a strong focus on managing cybersecurity service consumption costcontrol KPIs and administrative support to senior leadership.
You will act as a key interface between Cybersecurity teamsand an external IT service provider ensuring transparencybudget accuracy and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong working relationshipwith an external IT services provider
Ensure realisticannual projections for cybersecurity service consumption
Monitor and control cybersecurity-related budgetsfrom planning to execution
Identify deviations and raise alerts to seniormanagement when needed
Provide administrativeand organizational support to the Head of Cybersecurity
Support both planned and ad-hoc managementrequests
Main Activities
Follow up on contracts related tocybersecurity services
Contribute to the definition of new cybersecurity service needs
Prepare and monitor annual and quarterly budget projections
Perform budgetreconciliations (quarterly and yearly)
Support operational teams during annual cybersecurity campaignsand execution tracking
Define collect and maintain KPIs to monitorcybersecurity activities
Maintain and update the cybersecurity skills plan
Prepare presentations reports anddocumentation for senior stakeholders
Required Skills &Experience
Minimum2 years of experience in IT
Experience in PMO reporting budget control orprogram support
Strong ability to produce regular and ad-hoc reports
Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (ExcelPowerPoint Word)
Cybersecurityknowledge or exposure is a plus
Languages
English:Very good oral and written level (mandatory)
