Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PMO Cyber Costs & Programsto monitor and manage globalcyber action plans and cyber-related costs across aninternational organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Cybersecurity Finance Governance andProgram Management ensuring that cyber initiatives areproperly funded monitored and aligned with strategic objectives across multiple regions and entities.
You will work closely with Cybersecurity leaders Finance CostControl teams and senior stakeholders contributing to data-driven decision-making and costtransparency at a global level.
Key Responsibilities
Cyber Cost Monitoring &Reporting
Organize and manage the monthly cyber cost collection process
Collect consolidate and analyze cyber costs (Run & Change currentand forecasted) across multiple international entities
Support local and regional CISO teams inunderstanding cost collection expectations and preparing accurate figures
Ensure dataquality consistency and reliability challenging figures andidentifying discrepancies
Identify costdeviations and raise alerts contributing to impact analysisand mitigation actions
Produce and share Power BI dashboards and reportsconsolidated and segmented by:
o Cybertopics
o Costcategories
o Organizationallevel (global regional local)
Cyber Action Plans Follow-up
Monitor the execution of specific cyber action plansdeployed across regions and subsidiaries
Produce and maintain progress tracking dashboards and reports
Ensure regular communication of status risksand deviations to key stakeholders
Stakeholder Management &Reporting
Communicate regularly with Cybersecurity leadership Finance CostControl and Program Management
Adapt reporting to stakeholder needs ensuringclarity and actionable insights
Contribute to governance and decision-makingthrough structured reporting and analysis
Mandatory Qualifications& Experience
Minimum6 years of experience in PMO cost control program managementor similar roles
Strong experience in cost monitoring financial reporting andproject/program tracking
Proven ability to identify risks deviations andinconsistencies
AdvancedPower BI skills (mandatory)
Strong analytical synthesis and reportingcapabilities
High level of autonomy rigor and organization
Nice to Have
10years of professional experience
Frenchlanguage skills
Previous exposure to Cybersecurity IT Risk or SecurityPrograms
Experience working in international and multi-entityenvironments
Languages
