Job Summary

Caixa Mágica Software is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven technical background capable of leading multidisciplinary teams overseeing the technical execution of IT projects and ensuring the delivery of robust efficient and timely solutions.

What will you do

Plan coordinate and monitor IT projects throughout their lifecycle from inception to delivery.
Serve as the link between technical teams business stakeholders and external partners.
Manage timelines resources risks and budgets effectively.
Understand and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
Ensure high-quality project delivery in terms of performance security and scalability.

What are we looking for

University degree in Computer Engineering Information Systems or equivalent.
Experience managing IT projects preferably in complex technical environments.
Strong technical foundation in areas such as software development.
Ability to communicate fluently with developers engineers and system architects.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies particularly Scrum.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira Confluence).
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master or ITIL.
