The Maryland Branch of Equitable Advisors has been a constant in the DC Metro Maryland and Virginia communities for over 80 years. Situated in and reflective of the communities they serve our office in Maryland (Columbia) houses over 80 Financial Professionals and Staff support members and have an additional 50 team members integrated throughout the region.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Front desk coverage
  • Scheduling/reserving conference rooms
  • Mail review and distribution working closely with compliance
  • New Business processing
  • Assist in tracking of onboarding (working with Onboarding/Ops Manager)
  • Ordering study materials for candidates who are testing
  • Order pantry and office supplies
  • Stock copiers/fax machines
  • Miscellaneous projects. to include submitting bills through Ariba


The base salary range for this position is $48000 - $50000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
