Office Operations Assistant / Dispatcher (Luxury Service Company)

We are a fast-growing high-end security and locksmith company based in Orange County serving a luxury clientele across Southern California. With elite brand standards and ambitious growth goals we are hiring our first full-timeOffice Operations Assistantto help scale daily operations with precision organization and professionalism.
This is not a basic admin role.
This is ahigh-trust high-impact positionsupporting the founder and the operational core of a premium brand. Accuracy judgment and ownership matter more than speed alonewhile still operating in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Be Responsible For
- Answering inbound calls and delivering a five-star client experience
- Scheduling dispatch coordination and job intake using GoHighLevel
- Following up with customers who have requested service or quotes but have not yet scheduled
- Professionally addressing client questions and helping move pending opportunities to completion
- Taking ownership of booking completion and helping bring revenue onto the books
- Shipping and receiving packages tools and equipment
- Invoice processing payment tracking and accounting support
- Picking up and dropping off packages as needed
- Managing files documents and internal systems
- Assisting with inventory tracking and control
- Assisting with documenting and organizing files for future use
- Supporting daily operations with speed accuracy and discretion
- Proactively handling logistics and administrative tasks to keep the founder focused on high-level priorities
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in office administration or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Reliable transportation
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Comfort working with shipping inventory and accounting support
- Demonstrated accuracy handling financial data invoices or sensitive records
- 1 year of Quickbooks working knowledge and experience
Strong performers who consistently contribute to revenue through effective client follow-up and booking completion will earn additional compensation through performance-based incentives.
Experience in luxury service real estate medical offices law firms or executive support is a strong plus.

This role operates out of aprivate home officewith a structured professional work environment. This is not a casual setting.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22$30 per hour based on experience
- Full-time stable schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM4:00 PM
- Paid training
- Performance-based incentives tied to revenue contribution
- Growth path into Operations Manager responsibilities as the company scales
