Role Summary
We are seeking an organized detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Finance
Division in an underway large-scale ERP implementation. This role functions similarly to
an executive assistant within a complex program environment with a strong emphasis
on coordination follow-through and accountability across the Finance workstream.
The ideal candidate is meticulous thrives in high-pressure environments and is
comfortable working with senior leaders functional leads and external integrators/
system consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Finance
workstream leadership
Track action items decisions risks and dependencies across Finance-related
meetings
Prepare meeting agendas capture detailed meeting notes and ensure follow-up on
commitments
Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines
Maintain accurate project documentation logs and trackers
Coordinate schedules and logistics for project meetings and workshops
Support preparation of executive-ready status reports and presentations
Partner with Project Managers Functional Leads and Systems Integrators
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Ensure adherence to project governance and communication standards
Required Qualifications
Experience in a Project Coordinator Program Coordinator or Executive Assistant
type role Experience supporting ERP implementations preferably Finance-related
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
Demonstrated experience holding team members accountable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Teams SharePoint Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred / Highly Desired Experience
Public sector ERP implementation experience
Workday implementation experience (Finance modules preferred)
Prior contract or staff augmentation experience on enterprise programs
Experience working with systems integrators
