Responsibilities
- Project management: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource budgets resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Team coordination: Supervise and guide cross-functional teams including PLM Architects Dev Validation Doc etc. ensuring clear communication and defined roles and responsibilities.
- Stakeholder management: Act as a liaison between internal and external teams and stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to all parties.
- Risk assessment: Identify potential project roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Budget oversight: Monitor project budgets forecast resource needs and make adjustments to project constraints
- Quality assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards.
