We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource operations and employee lifecycle management within the organization. The role involves managing recruitment payroll administration statutory compliance employee engagement initiatives and HR documentation while ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to leadership and internal stakeholders ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding confirmations performance management promotions transfers and exit formalities while maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding while coordinating with department heads for workforce planning.
- Oversee payroll processing including attendance tracking leave management reimbursements and statutory deductions ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF ESI PT gratuity bonus and other labor laws while maintaining statutory records and managing audits or inspections
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and retention initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and support performance management and feedback processes across departments.
- Act as an HR business partner by coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients for HR-related requirements and documentation.
- Maintain HR policies processes and compliance standards while supporting leadership in strengthening organizational culture and people strategies
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (MBA HR preferred)
- 68 years of experience in HR generalist roles including recruitment payroll management and statutory compliance
- Strong knowledge of labor laws statutory compliance and payroll processing practices
- Experience in employee engagement grievance handling and performance management frameworks
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office tools for HR reporting and documentation
- Strong communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage HR operations independently
