Were looking for a passionate bike expert with strong technical knowledge and presentation skills to join our team as an Specialized University (SU) & Body Geometry Coordinator. If you love bikes know how they work inside and out and enjoy sharing that knowledge with others this role is for you.
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
- Highly organized proactive and comfortable working across multiple markets
- Cycling enthusiast a high level of product knowledge & expertise and outstanding communication writing and presentation skills
- Passionate about training development and premium customer experience
- Solid understanding of human anatomy and interest in biomechanics or bike fitting (an advantage)
- Self-starter thrive on meeting deadlines and like working in a fast-paced environment
- Driving licence
- Czech English Polish as an advantage
HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Lead and coordinate SU activities across assigned regions
- Deliver SU initiatives including presentations at product classes
- Plan develop and execute comprehensive SU training programs (in-person and virtual educational sessions execution online learning platform management)
- Support the implementation of Body Geometry Fit technology in target markets
- Organize and facilitate Body Geometry Fit trainings for partners
- Conduct store visits to assess standards and provide improvement recommendations
- Budget control inventory management
