Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic and fast-paced HR team at Zeeco India. This internship offers hands-on exposure across core HR functions including Learning & Development Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
You will work closely with:
- The Learning & Development team
- The Talent Acquisition group
- The HR Head of Zeeco India
- A young energetic and collaborative HR team
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to gain real-time corporate HR experience within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in organizing training sessions and workshops
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external trainers
- Maintain training calendars and attendance records
- Assist in feedback collection and training effectiveness tracking
- Help create training materials and presentations
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Assist in HR documentation and record maintenance
- Work alongside the HR Head on ongoing HR initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes
- Help with data management and HR reporting

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM (HR) Pursuing or Recently Completed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability preferred
