FIXED OPERATIONS MANAGER

KIA of Myrtle Beach is actively recruiting a proven Fixed Operations Manager to lead a rapidly growing operation that is expanding right now. We are building a brand-new service facility and adding 10 additional service bays creating a rare chance for an experienced leader to step into a high-impact role with real authority and resources.

- You are currently a Fixed Operations Manager or Service Director
- You run disciplined accountable departments
- Your numbers are strong and sustainable
- Your team respects you because you lead from the front

The Mission
- Own the Service & Parts departments end-to-end
- Drive profitability efficiency absorption and CSI
- Install and enforce accountability at every level
- Lead through growth expansion and process improvement
- Develop your team not babysit them
