Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of service
- Lead train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Prepare reports on financial performance and operational metrics
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize menu offerings
Requirements
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
