Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced General and Operations Managers with 4 years of professional expertise across operational leadership workflow structure and domain-specific problem-solving.
This engagement supports a leading AI lab advancing next-generation machine learning research. Selected experts will diagnose and structure real operational challenges create domain-appropriate tasks and contribute their judgment to strengthen the reasoning quality of AI systems. This is a flexible independent contractor role designed for professionals who excel at structured thinking and operational clarity.
Key Responsibilities
The General and Operations Manager will create tasks and deliverables based on common requests within their domain evaluate operational scenarios and contribute structured insights used to refine AI behavioral and reasoning patterns.
- Develop clear domain-specific tasks and deliverables
- Diagnose operational issues and propose structured solutions
- Apply professional experience to shape realistic workflows and scenario design
- Ensure tasks reflect real-world logic accuracy and practicality
- Produce consistent high-quality operational reasoning artifacts
Ideal Profile
- 4 years of professional experience in operations general management or related fields
- Strong written communication with excellent grammar and clarity
- Ability to articulate operational reasoning in a structured concise manner
- Experience designing workflows troubleshooting business processes or managing cross-functional tasks
