Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and supervise a team of 24 members. This role is responsible for payroll benefits HRIS optimization compliance and HR financial reporting while serving as a key liaison between headquarters and regional teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented systems-driven and highly knowledgeable in U.S. labor laws and multi-state HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Leadership
- Lead the full employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding)
- Supervise and mentor HR team members to drive operational excellence
- Partner with department leaders to provide HR guidance and best practices
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage benefits administration (medical dental vision 401(k) workers compensation)
- Lead annual insurance renewals and payroll tax compliance
HRIS & Compliance
- Drive HRIS implementation and system optimization
- Ensure compliance with federal state and multi-jurisdictional employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee audits
Financial & Reporting
- Lead month-end HR-related financial closings and reconciliations
- Support compensation analysis and workforce reporting
- Coordinate HR financial reporting with Accounting/Finance teams
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree
- Korean/English bilingual (professional proficiency)
- 57 years of HR Operations experience
- Direct experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (federal & multi-state)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP PivotTables advanced functions)
- Strong PowerPoint and reporting capabilities
Preferred:
- Background in accounting or financial operations
- Experience in HR systems implementation
