Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours. As a freelance recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for various job openings across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates including job boards social media and networking events

- Screen resumes and applications to determine potential fit for open positions

- Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates

- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement recruitment strategies

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

- Fluency in German (written and verbal)

- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a remote or freelance capacity

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools

- Knowledge of German job market and recruitment laws and regulations
