- Lead program turnaround and stabilization activities
- Restructure and optimize program governance and performance
- Increase transparency across delivery streams and dependencies
- Professionalize integrated program planning (incl. surrounding initiatives)
- Establish high-quality reporting structures to identify risks and conflicts early
- Manage stakeholder alignment across business and IT
- Ensure Business Readiness for S/4HanaGo-Live
- Orchestrate collaboration between business units and implementation partner
Requirements
- 15 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- Proven track record in ERP / S/4HANA turnaround or stabilization environments
- Demonstrated experience in restructuring complex program governance models
- Strong executive stakeholder management capability
- Experience operating in high-pressure delivery environments
- Ability to combine strategic oversight with operational decisiveness
- Fluent in English
