Job Summary
For a large-scale ERP Transformation Program (SAP S/4HANA) our client requires an experienced PMO Lead to strengthen governance planning transparency and performance control during a critical stabilization phase.
- Start: 05 March 2026
- Duration: approx. 8 weeks
- Contract: Freelance

- Location: Onsite in NRW

Tasks
- Establish and professionalize integrated program planning across all streams
- Increase transparency of dependencies risks and delivery milestones
- Design and enhance performance reporting structures
- Enable early detection of target conflicts and schedule deviations
- Prepare executive steering materials and governance artifacts
- Track stabilization measures and turnaround KPIs
- Support structural realignment of program governance
- Interface with business IT and external implementation partners
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in enterprise-level PMO or program governance roles
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP or S/4HANA transformation programs
- Strong expertise in integrated planning and performance reporting
- Experience in complex multi-stream program environments
- Exposure to turnaround or stabilization scenarios preferred
- Highly structured analytical and KPI-driven mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Fluent in English
