Job Summary
For a large-scale ERP Transformation Program (SAP S/4HANA) our client requires an experienced Integration Manager to establish cross-stream alignment and manage interdependencies during a stabilization phase.
- Start: 05 March 2026
- Duration: approx. 8 weeks
- Contract: Freelance
- Lanuage: English
- Location: Onsite in NRW

Tasks
- Identify and manage cross-stream dependencies
- Establish structured dependency tracking framework
- Align timelines across program streams and surrounding initiatives
- Detect and mitigate target conflicts early
- Increase integration transparency across stakeholders
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in enterprise IT or ERP programs
- Proven experience in integration or dependency management roles
- Experience in large multi-stream transformation environments
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Experience in stabilization or recovery scenarios preferred
- Fluent in English
