Job Summary

For a large-scale ERP Transformation Program (SAP S/4HANA) our client requires an experienced Migration Lead to assess and optimize the migration approach to secure a stable go-live.

Tasks

Analyze the existing migration strategy and execution model
Identify risks gaps and optimization potential
Define stabilization measures to secure data readiness
Align migration planning with cutover and overall program timelines
Ensure migration governance and transparency

Requirements

812 years of experience in SAP data migration environments
Proven track record in S/4HANA transformation programs
Strong knowledge of migration frameworks and data validation processes
Experience in complex enterprise landscapes
Analytical and risk-oriented mindset
Fluent in English
