Job Summary
Industry: Food & Beverage
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Process payroll for companies within the Group including salaries wages pensions overtime and allowances
- Manage employee onboarding terminations leave and absences
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll system records ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment regulations
- Prepare reports and HR data for management supporting decision-making and KPI tracking
- Oversee Time & Attendance schedules and provide department support
- Assist with end-of-year submissions payroll audits and outsourced service processing
- Support other HR functions as needed
What skills do you need
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent) and A-Level standard of education
- Strong payroll experience ideally within an HR environment
- Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Strong ICT skills and attention to detail
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
