Main Duties:

Manage end-to-end bank account opening including due diligence and application prep
Coordinate with financial institutions and e-money providers on behalf of clients
Facilitate KYC reviews and assist with loan processing or special banking projects
Administer daily operations covering user access account updates and platform onboarding
Track application progress and escalate high-risk issues to supervisors

What skills do you need:

A minimum of 23 years within the banking sector
Prior experience in a corporate setting is advantageous but not mandatory
A foundational grasp of KYC protocols and general banking procedures
Exceptional organizational abilities paired with strong communication skills
Proven ability to follow supervisory direction and escalate complex issues when necessary
A proactive desire to learn how corporate processes integrate with banking operations

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
