Our client a company based in Mriehel offering corporate advisory and professional support to local and international clients is urgently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their this role you will manage a portfolio of clients and provide payroll support.
This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to 30K depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and handle payroll processes
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Prepare engagement forms and documentation for new hires and terminations
Handle submissions for new clients with the IRD and Jobsplus including terminations for local and foreign employees
Provide ongoing payroll support and guidance to clients
Support and mentor junior team members
Education Skills & Experience
2 years of payroll experience with a Maltese company
Formal tertiary education in a related field
Fluency in English at C2/native level both written and spoken
Excellent verbal written and listening communication skills
Experience with Shireburn Indigo is considered an asset
Proficient in MS365 especially Excel Word and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
