We are looking for a Procurement Operations Associate to join our Manila teamsomeone who views accuracy as a mission and efficiency as a craft.

You will be the backbone of our internal procurement process ensuring that every request is handled with the care and compliance that keeps a global SaaS leader moving at speed.

What youll be doing

  • Process Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for procurement intake ensuring every request strictly adheres to our documented global procedures.

  • Precision Execution: Process purchase requisitions (PRs) within defined thresholds meticulously verifying that all required documentation is in place.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Provide friendly efficient support to internal teams and vendors resolving standard procedural questions and identifying when to escalate complex issues.

  • Data Stewardship: Maintain our contract and supplier databases with high accuracy ensuring our source of truth remains flawless.

  • Financial Integrity: Assist in virtual credit card reconciliations by matching transaction reports to supporting documentation and maintaining strict data confidentiality.

  • Continuous Growth: Participate in global team meetings and training to stay ahead of evolving policies and operational best practices.

What you bring to the role

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Accounting or a related field.

  • Experience: 12 years of professional procurement experience ideally within a Finance Shared Services environment.

  • Technical Savvy: Intermediate MS Excel skills (you should be comfortable with VLookUps and Pivot Tables).

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to support global stakeholders.

  • Reliability: Flexibility to work night and/or shifting schedules to align with our global time zones.

  • A proven track record of multitasking in a fast-growing high-change environment.

  • A detectives eye for detailthe ability to spot a missing attachment or a data mismatch at a glance.

  • A collaborative spirit that enjoys working within a tight-knit high-performing team.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
