Responsibilities:
Handle telephone calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner
Greet and escort all visitors courteously and professionally
Manage the reservation of conference rooms
Arrange daily postal/mailing & courier services
Request for quotations from suppliers review the pricing and arrange the procurement of drinking water stationery pantry supplies business cards & printing materials
Support company events e.g. Christmas Party Annual Dinner etc
Provide general office administration and clerical support
Coordinate with the Building Management Office
Arrange carpet cleaning & pest control and oversee the outsourced office cleaning services
Assist the Administrative Manager in managing Office Safety & supervising the Office Assistant
Take on additional tasks as necessary to fulfill the needs of the Company
Requirements:
Possess a Higher Diploma or above
Have at least 2 years of experience in administrative field
Exhibit a customer-orientated approach with excellent telephone manner
Maintain a positive attitude be detail-oriented and work independently
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be proficient in MS office applications
Have a good command of spoken English and Mandarin
Knowledge of office safety and first aid is an advantage
Immediate available is preferred
